Corporate Developments

SAI Global, a provider of financial technology software, will be acquiring Compliance 360, a provider of enterprise governance, risk management, compliance, and audit management solutions, allowing SAI Global access to Compliance 360’s SaaS-platform solutions.

DealHub, a provider of FX trade and post-trade services, has acquired B2 RCP, a provider of FX post trade solutions. This further cements DealHub’s market leading position in FX trade and post trade services.   


Core Banking

China’s Ping An Bank has deployed Oracle’s FLEXCUBE core banking solution, to help support the bank’s business expansion and improve customer service.

Malaysia’s Bank Simpanan Nasional has signed a deal with HeiTech Padu, BML Istirehat and Juris Technologies, providers of IT services, to implement a new core banking system which will help the bank increase its revenue growth.

The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia will likely deploy its first core banking solution, T24, that was installed by Temenos, a provider of banking software. This will help the bank integrate its payment systems.  


E-Channels

Fiserv, a provider of financial services technology solutions, has expanded access to WC3, its Web client control centre, to include smartphones. With the WC3 mobile application, customers can now monitor and manage production and delivery from the convenien...
