Netik, a financial information management provider, has acquired CorrectNet as first part of its plans in product strategy and expansion in the Asia Pacific region and offshoring capability. The resulting end-to-end proposition addresses the complete information creation, management and delivery chain and promises powerful market impact and tremendous synergy.  

Thomson Reuters has acquired London-based financial crime and corruption prevention specialist World-Check. World-Check claims 49 of the world's top 50 banks use its database of risky individuals and businesses to screen their customers, associates, transactions and employees.

ABN Amro Clearing Bank is overhauling its legacy infrastructure and introducing a new integrated custody, cash and corporate actions solution from TCS B?NCS over the next 14 months to try to improve the ease-of-use and efficiency of it business operations, while simultaneously cutting its maintenance costs.  

ASR Bank has successfully installed Callataÿ & Walters’s Thaler to support back-end processing and a customer portal for its Banksparen product. The new implementation will include migration of the current ASR Bank product portfolio to Thaler 2.5 from a platform that the bank used in the past.  

United Bank Limited has selected SunGard's Ambit Treasury Management solution to help it...
