Standard Chartered Bank has launched its chatbot product to promote customers experience
The chatbot, named Stacy, was launched by Standard Chartered Bank to respond to clients’ banking questions through online and mobile channels at anytime. With the application of artificial-intelligence and augmented with natural-learning understanding, Stacy has been trained to answer over 400 banking questions, and learns through each interaction to fine-tune its capabilities. Clients can be benefited by receiving customised suggestions from mobile banking instead of crawling on the website.
