We use this manual for training our own staff as well as clients to understand the dynamics of the industry and the players.  We also show the indicators we use to assess who is winning and who is losing, create benchmarks. We also assess best practices identified by interviewing a wide range of players.

By consolidating our entire understanding of the industry into one document, we are able to build on our assessments in a structured manner.
